their are so many different places that you can get more for your money. Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. To get Maintenance or the Exterminator to come to your apartment you have to ask the office At least three times and we have yet seen the exterminator come. The water bill is based on how many people live in your apartment, not how much you use (dumb but ok). the water has gone up five to seven dollars every single month. But yet they say it's a flat rate of forty five dollars for two people when you first move in , that was a bold face lie. Their is always garbage all over the apartment complex . You can not down size to a smaller apartment, you can only upgrade to a larger apartment.

I have seen a lot of negitive comments on here i have nothing but good stuff to say they have new people working and they are kind and decent thank you for being a great place to live

This place is a joke. It was dirty when I moved in. The flooring warped and water damaged. Full of roaches. Fights outside on the weekend are not uncommon. Save yourself the headache. Not worth the time or money they are asking

This place was great until March 2015 when my AC went out. It has almost been four months now with a broken AC unit. I have been to the office on a weekly basis, sent in multiple emails, and they don't answer their phone. I have been here since February 2014 and had no problems until now and with a gimp ac unit my electric bill for the last few months has been sky high and I can't afford it anymore. Then they put in window units as a fix I am not a happy camper and I am not the only one, there is three window units just on my building alone.

Just save your money and find somewhere else to live complete not worth.
