So far so good. I tried faxing in a new VA claim to them, and they could only receive 10 pages at a time. I received (2) phone calls and they told me to mail it in. Gave me the address, very courteous and nice. I appreciate the immediate phone call and the guidance to get my new claim moving in the right direction without losing time. this office personnel are very inpolite. i know that the service offices are busy but not able to take a msg because they are not log in the system is a very poor excuse. what happen to paper and pen. to be a life time member makes me wonder that a company that represents veterans treats us so bad. can't get help or information.
