The experience was good. The only thing I hv a problem with is the calling after the due date. Tht is irritating

This place should be shut down! They are all liars!!!

Conns is the worst business I ever had to deal with in my life!! We bought a couch set from them and it took the girl an hour just to process the financing because she kept erasing what she did. None of the staff even knew anything about the products they are selling and when I asked her about a protection plan, she had know idea they even had one! Then it was supposed to be there the next day and it took a week to get the couch because they kept sending the wrong one. I called evenu day trying to figure out what was going on and know one could figure anything out. They were rude and they never call you back when they say they will. I Ben talked to the manager and he was clueless! I got so upset with them I almost returned the couch . When we received the couches, they were scuffed up, had rips and tears and even writing on them. The pillows had stuffing already falling out and strings from wear it wa horribly sewn hanging out. I've only had the couch for 4 months and already had to get it repaired because the frame broke and a spring broke through and ripped the seat cushion. Honestly if you want good quality stuff which is what I thought I was getting given the amount of money I dropped then dont buy from here!!!

Let the buyer beware. Conn's opened up recently in Waco, and I have had a negative experience. Specifically, a promotonal snail mail add was sent to my address stating 15% off on total purchase + free delivery. I purchased a table set + 4 chairs and was excited to get 15% plus the free-delivery mail-in rebate. My salesperson also was (ostensibly) excited with my excitement about savings and instructed me on how to submit the rebate. Sure enough, a month went by and I called to check the status of the rebate. They would not honor it specifically citing that although the add did say free delivery the fine tiny print said "furniture excluded."



First of all, I acknowledge my own fault for not reading the tiny fine print. However, I feel the salesperson steered me wrong by confirming twice the 15% off (honored) + free delivery (not honored). Besides my own fault for not reading the tiny fine print, it says two other things. The sales force is not adequately trained in promotions to provide instructions/clarification to consumer as well as management did not allay my concerns. The manager is sending a $50 gift card, but this does not come close to the $129.99 delivery charge. By the way, the delivery guys did not even set up the table. They dumped the box and left. Thankfully, I bought a sectional and recliner at another store, and their delivery was $89.99 and they set up everything. In all fairness, I will post back in 2 weeks to let readers know if the manager is honoring the $50 gift card. That is when he said I should receive it.



Conn's is new in town, and I hope they do well. However, let the buyer beware, do not listen to the salespeople, and no matter what the promotion reads or how great it looks....read the tiny fine print.
