Provided by YP.comI have known Computer Giant since it opened in Bellmead, and had no reservations about taking my computer to them to fix and leaving it there with them, the owner bought me a mother board on credit even though I offered to give him the money up front and told me I could pay him when the job was finished. They have always been professional, courteous, and do great work. I have never had a bad experience at Computer Giant as they have earned my trust and confidence, thanks Obat (the owner)

Provided by YP.comI have worked with them over 3 years. Have had several laptops worked on and purchased pre-owned Dell from them. They know what they are doing and do it quickly and correctly. They have something that has almost disappeared from business...."a be of service attitude." If I need computer help or service Computer Giant is my first thought. Thanks guys.

Provided by YP.comI chose CG because they were local, and my wife had used them a number of years ago....but she did not think they were under the same ownership. I had a HP laptop which someone closed with the cord inside. The hinge apparently was broken (that was their diagnosis, and some of the case cover was chipped off. The laptop still worked great, and we only wanted it fixed as we took it with us when we traveled. It took them a while to get to it as apparently their technician is not always there. When it came back there was an obvious lump on the top cover which the clerk also saw. I asked him to have it checked again and it came back the same way with the explanation that it had something to do with the hinge being replaced. I took it home and it did work, but there was definitely something wrong as it clicked when I turned it on. My wife uses the computer at home and she said it kept crashing BSOD. I am computer savy and have always built and worked on my own computers....except this was a laptop and I didn't feel confident to open it up and see if I could fix the hinge. When I finally got around to checking the computer for my wife I found that there was a problem with the second core on the CPU that caused the BSOD. "A clock interrupt was not received from the second core....". I opened the case to see if I could get at the CPU and found a few pieces of plastic inside the case....looked like some from the cracked case where the hinge was broken. I don't think that this was the cause of the CPU failure, but it ( and the apparent lump on the cover) shows how poorly it was handled when in CG's hands. I would not go back to CG and advise others to look for another repair shop.
