employees always mix up my order n short change me n don't have a clue there n prices too high. need ppl that can count n read.

Owner has no common sense in business, money or products. Constant complaints were made to employees for his many sexual advances towards female customers, Has temper tantrums of throwing harmful objects across room towards door when customers are walking in. Big holes punched in walls in office over where he has a sofa bed. Many, many female customers have said he has tried to entice/lure them there. Has no morals or honesty, as he is a married man.Has no respect for women or his employees. Berates his female employees for the many mistakes he makes.He is a Muslim & proclaims to be very religious. Owns a smoke shop & doesn't smoke, but has many articles/obituaries of smoking customers that have died posted on the inside of his office door like a trophy room.And, yes, his illegal drawing for a Top-O-Matic machine is 'RIGGED.' True winner for September drawing was 'JUDY DEMARIA.'I'm sure I'm not perfect, but least I have never:1. Grabbed a customer by their collar, shake & threaten them like the employee Sandra S. has done. I've never touched a customer in anger or hate, like Sandra S. has done.2. I haven't told customers I want to just walk out in the middle of my shift, & leave the shop unattended, & kill myself, like the employee Sandra S. has done.3. I haven't took advantage of the owner by coloring in coloring books, making/selling my things in the shop(jewelry), sewing/make things for my garage sales for self profit, while being paid by owner, like Sandra S. has done constantly.4. I didn't constantly take off work, or lie about being sick to the owner, so I could instead take care of my sick grandchild, like Sandra S. has done. While laughing about doing it to customers. (BTW, I never missed a day of work in my 2 1/2 years there.5. Customers have complained to me, that Sandra S. treated them & all their family members that came in, as though she hated all them.6. I have never torn up, broke or thrown away another employees personal items, like Sandra S. has constantly done.7. I have never walked around shop smoking since owner requested we not do it, like Sandra S. still does.8. I never neglected stocking items or my work at the shop, so I could make jewelry/items to sell for self profit at the shop, like Sandra S.does.9. I never spilled drinks/food & left the shop still messy from it, for the other employee to have to clean up at next shift, like Sandra S. has done.10. Last but not least, I never borrowed or asked for money/loan, or advance pay, like Sandra has done. Many times there has not been enough in the register to pay me my weekly check. I would tell the owner not to worry about it. Pay me when he could. Moe/Bilal K./Shop owner, (You are the only person that has ever misspelled my name as "Blinda, especially after knowing me for 2 1/2 years)Sandra S. is the ideal employee for you, & one you truly deserve. ;>)Hint: Customer told me Sandra S. let another customer charge almost $500.00 worth of merchandise at shop. Was told Sandra K. is mad because customer hasn't paid it back.11/2/2016Bellmead Tobacco Shop customer stopped at my new job & told me Moe/Bilal K./Shop owner, was rudely making her wait for almost 15 minutes, while waiting on another just looking customer, while ignoring her. Moe/Bilal K./Shop owner, has always stated to his employees to wait on the in & out cigarette customers first. But it has been my experience there, he tells his employees one thing to do, while he does the opposite. Then the customers constantly get upset with the employees for trying to go by the rules set by owner.11/3/2016Bellmead Tobacco Shop customer came to my new job today & told me Sandra S. was still acting hateful to her today. She cried like a child while telling me that she had talked to Moe/Bilal K./Shop owner, about how she was being treated by Sandra S. Said the owner just brushed her off about it.

This is the most truatworthy tobacco shop woth amazing staff. I am going to this shop from so many years now, owner is so courteous and honest person.I would recommend this shop to everyone.
