They have good clothes at good prices. However, I turned in 16 items to consign and all were accepted. I received a phone call the following Monday and was told that 8 items were not accepted. I told them no problem, I would be there to pick them up on Wednesday. When I went in on Wednesday the owner informed me that she had donated them by mistake. I am a full-time student and mom and the money I get from consigning clothes helps me out. I wasted money on gas, round trip was 72 miles, because I drove in specifically to pick those items up. The owner was extremely unreasonable and gave me $10 store credit to "make up for everything." One pair of shoes that were not accepted were sketchers, black and white sandals that had been worn no mroe than 6 times and I had purchased them for $35 - those were among the many items that had been "donated." I will never do business with them again - trust is gone - how do I know they didnt donate other items too?
