I am completely unhappy with this company. We live in Fairfield and they did our level last June. We still have not been able to move to the next phase of the remodle on our house... this company sent people out to do the level and they didn't do what they said. W shave now been waiting 6 months for them to come and fix what they messed up... the owner won't even call us back. I have gotten a lawyer and want everyone to know how horrible the experience has been. They did come back and redo the French drains that they again didn't do right the first time. 110% unsatisfied. I will never use them and will never give a good recommendation to them. So upset I can't have my house finished and we have to just deal with it because this company won't keep their word and fix what they didn't do and what they messed up... I don't even want to put one star but it's making me.

We had who I believe to be one of the owners jimmy come out to the house. He used a machine to find out how far out of level we were, I was expecting 20grand because a couple of the other guys had bid close to that. He did his drawing different than the other guys. One guy just wanted around the house and looked inside for 5 min and told me 18500..00 grand. Omg really? The second guy actually used the machine that he called an engineers level but said he wasn't an engineer. Jim from advanced did the drawing and explained to me (if I am saying it right) the contours of the house (the highs and lows basically) he said by doing the lines he can show me where the house was out of level and even I could understand it at that point. I don't think he made it as an insult? Did he? Lol he was super nice. Jim Saved me roughly half. The other guys wanted to do the inside and out and when he showed me the drawings with the lines then yes even I could see I didn't need inside work! Thanks again Jim !!!!

Advanced Foundation Repair have saved my husband and I thousands of dollars!! This company is truly HONEST and isn't out make a quick buck! I had two companies telling me I had a start of a foundation problem, little did I know I did NOT! The gentleman by the name Jimmy Meeks came out and inspected my home (even after their office hours)he was very professional and educated me on foundation problems. If you do have happen to have any foundation problems these guys should be your FIRST call! -Mrs. King from Killeen, TX.

Do NOT recommend- we have had a LOT of problems w/ this company. They came to fix the house and did a crappy job. They used their pressure machine to give us results for our house after leveling that were supposively +0.5" to -0.5" from level. I knew this wasn't right and after bugging my husband for a few weeks we had the foreman come back out and guess what? The house was still down 2.5". Trying to get ahold of the owner is ridiculous he never calls back and then he tried to come out and tell us that -2.5" was the best they could do. Are you kidding me? For $5,000? We had to bring an engineer out to the house to go to bat for us to get them to come back out an honor their warranty. Finally 4 months later they came out and decided we needed to pull up our floor so we did and confirmed on Monday that they were coming out Wednesay to finish. Now here it is Wednesday and oh they aren't comign until tomorrow- hello? We have jobs too people that require us to PLAN time off. DO NOT use them
