NO CALL BACK

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE TELL ME HE NEVER RETURNS CALLS FOR JOBS, IT HAPPENED TO ME AS WELL! I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AGAIN, HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE THE CALL AND SAY YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE JOB
