Email"BC Constructions is owned by myself, Brandon Cowan. I have worked in the construction industry since I was 10 years old, maybe younger. My family owned a custom cabinet shop so it started there. I then worked for a few different construction crews each specializing in their own field. I have learned more than one technique and way of doing the work and handling business. I hope to more than impress u with my work. My moto is "You Dream it, We build it" and I do my best to do just that! I won't push you while making the plans to go over your budget. Everyone has a budget and I respect that. I will be honest and straight forward with prices so theres no surprises at the end of your journey with us. In the end I want you to get what you "dream" about wanting.

- Roofing There are two main types of roofing; steel and shingles. You can decide from a wide range of colors for either. The main difference on the two types is the longevity of the product. Steel is a life time investment and shingles is a 20 to 30 year investment. You may also need a rubber roof. Whatever your need may be, BC Construction can get the project done for you Remodels Whatever your home is to start with can usually be remodeld. If you don't care for the type of walls you have, if your floor has a dip in it, if your windows need upgraded or you need to updated your bathroom it can be remodeled. We can tear everything out and start from the studs or we can pull off and take out only what needs to be replaced. The options can go a long ways! Additions in Progress If you need to add any kind of space to your home and your property allows it, we could help you find a way to do it! There are endless opportunities with an addition and we would be glad to sit down with you and work on ideas and options for your project! There are a few pictures in the slide show of room additions from the hands of BC Construction! Trim BC Construction specializes in interior trim. We have lots of unique styles of trim. It breaks down into different categories. You will be able to view some of these categories in the slide show. Starting with the crown molding. We put it around the ceiling to dress up your room.This is an option, not everyone has crown molding. Then there is window and door casing. We can design this to go with the theme of your home. Last is the baseboard. This really puts on the finishing touches to your project. (not necissarily installed in this order) You can choose to have a standard or custom made trim installed. There are more styles and designs than you can imagine. Drywall There are lots of steps to take with drywall. It is a job that will make a lasting impression on your overall look of the room. If the mud and sanding job isn't done correctly then you will be able to see the inperfections through your paint.
