The only thing I would recommend is don't go there. I found out about Zappy Pizza through a friend so my husband and I decided to give them a try. Yesterday we ordered a pizza and unfortunately the meat tasted way too oily and almost spoiled. My husband and I tried to call yesterday with no answer so I waited until today to call and see if they could issue a refund or replace my order , we have our receipt. I called asked for a manager and a woman named Alma got on the line said she was the manager. I advised her of the problem we had and she kept saying "well I need proof" I said no worries we have our receipt she said that wasn't enough so me asking jokingly I said "what do you want me to dig it out of the trash and bring you a slice"? She said YES! At that moment I knew something was wrong , I told her okay I will do that and just issue a replacement with no meat please , well Alma kept interrupting me I kept telling her please let me speak , she told me how she hates cusomers like me who take advantage of small businesses, said she is glad she is recording this call (without me knowing or without my permission she was recoding me) absolutely no disclaimer. Then she asked why I didn't call yesterday so I explained she basically called me a liar and said I never called , she tried to interrogate me over a $5 pizza !!!! Are you kidding me , like I have nothing better to do but to lie about a pizza , sorry I was not the 1st responder she wanted me to do but I'm a mother of 2 children I have better things to do than to call a pizza place all day long until they pick up. Then she asked why I didn't drive , well genius the gas that's why plus my husband had to go to work (1 car) , and thank God I called otherwise I would have had to deal with all of this in front of other customers. I can't believe what happened , I filed a complaint with the BBB , I called zappys spoke to Alma advised her to have the owner Joe Call Me asap if he doesn't want me to take this incident to an attorney , still no call . I am truly hurt and upset at how I was treated and how hostile that incident was. I can't believe a MANGER would argue and call a customer names and tell them how much she hates people like me ,How I was treated was truly horrific and it was embarrassing and if necessary I will contact an attorney and see what I can do to insure this will NEVER happen to anyone again. I also told Alma I would be writing this review and she told me to go ahead so I hope that this will help her and Zappys Pizza understand the depth of this issue. After you file a complaint with the BBC they ask if they can share your complaint with News Stations and if it is okay for them to contact you in regards to your complaint , of course I said YES.

every time i need something quick i can count on zappy they r fast nd the pizza is to die for. i recommend to everyone
