WOW! im so impressed, SERIOUSLY!!!!!. i called doing some weekend research mid day Saturday, Got a ballpark quote from Heidie over the phone. I am ashamed to say that talking to a woman over the phone about my car was a little ummmm.... well awkward. Ill tell you this, Heidie really knows her sh!T and doesn't hesitate to get into the pit and get burnt with 2000 degree molten metal sparks, she is the real deal, manicure and all!!



CAR = 2001 Jaguar XJ8

stock system was all straight through and stainless 2" pipe - whisper quite and some of the pipe was crimped and smashed around the rear axle..

Result with cat back, 2.25 pipe and wicked flow muffs and tips: ahhhh the sound is oh sooooooo incredible quite inside the car on freeway. outside it sounds like an evil kitty!!! im hoping for 5-10 mpg on hwy.



Mikey was out at lunch when I came by - Heidie called and he cut his lunch short to come give me a F R E E estimate! He looked, we looked, he said i didn't need all the stuff i thought i did. They even offered to mock up different combination of mufflers so I could get my perfect sound!!!! Heidie already had my tip picked out (she rocks), and they gave me a solid price. Of course it was M U C H more than I expected based on some previous cat back systems I had done. So we talked, negotiated, and I swear they knocked a couple hundred bucks off. it took like 3.5 hrs for Mikey to mandrel bend all the stuff b/c he was increasing the pipe size and it made it a much tighter fit around the axle and other suspension parts. I was under the car several times and I swear I had N O idea it was such a tough job I don't think I would have even tried to negotiate the price had I realized it was such a pain!!!! I have another vehicle that I will Insist they do!!!!



so if you can wrap your mind around this...... El Patron(the owner) came buy to check on the job and to kiss his daughter, and the family was working late b/c of my job. He asked me several times if i wanted some comida (food) because it was taking a long time..... im thinking W T F ????? so really i politely declined Of course being the gentlemen that HE is he brought me back some rolled tacos in guacamole!!!!! I mean seriously for me this has not only been a day of getting an exhaust done it been about meeting new friends!!!!! When I make some salsa and send out holiday cards this will be one of my first stops!!!!!



If you want a custom exhaust you really need to call these folks!!!
