Session was rushed. Was told what the deadline was to order photos. Placed order but never heard back. Called AND emailed before the deadline. No answer. Finally got a hold of them and they said they were closed and we missed the deadline...Poor service.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I purchased the largest package they had at the Tulare County Hospital when I hady baby. The package included a one year session, which I have yet to receive. I went to the address which I was never able to actually find because it takes me to an orchard field. I've been calling their number daily for the past 2 months and have yet to get a call back or have someone answer, eventhough I'm calling during the stated business hours. Don't hire them, unless you're willing to take them to court, like we will be doing.
