Alright so I've gone into this store many times in the past, they have a huge selection of electronics computers etc. The problem is the staff, if you can find them, is usually not very helpful. The last couple of times I've gone in there I had my mind set on purchasing electronics. At least twice I've gone in, looked at computers, found one I've liked and TRIED to purchase it. When I finally found an employee the first time I was shopping for a computer the employee said they were gonna go get it in the back room.....never saw him again, asked another employee for help, he wwent in the back room and after about 20 minutes I just left, went to staples was in and out in less than 20! Second time I tried to buy another computer the sales people were rude and knew nothing about the one I was loking at. NEVER GoING BACK.

Besides never calling if your repairs are done, they are not very knowledgeable on their products. Bought a cell phone that didn't have the features I wanted after I asked to make sure.

The Best Buy itself was ok. Not great but ok. I bought my Apple there. It had a bad hard drive so I had to bring it back to the Geek Squad to fix. They told me it would be about 10 days or so. I got it back today after 1 1/2 months. Or 1 month late I guess. They did not call me to let me now it was back, I had to call them. I was basically told "Oops, our bad, we don't know why it took so long". They guy at the counter was nice and tried to get his manager to speak with me. He wouldn't come out. The little guy was nice but the Management sucked! Turns out they didn't even ship my computer out for repairs until after 11 days.

This place gives me a head ache. It is noisy and even though it has a lot of stuff it is hard to find what you want. Try finding a sales person. If your lucky they might even know a little something. Frustrating. You had better be good at self serve.
