WORST place I have ever gone to for my wedding gown. I went a couple days after christmas to look for wedding gowns and when I went there I found the dress i love! the lady who helped me had me do the paperwork for it and told me I could put down money as soon as i got it. i went back 3 months later and there was a different lady there who helped me. I told the dress that i tried on an she said "oh we only have that dress in ivory not white" an when i went to look at the rack of dresses it was right there. then i have to wait 20 minutes to try on the dress again to make sure it still fit. the lady who helped me told me i could only wear my undergarments under the dress an said it rudely. and went i went to put money down for the dress she told me i had to put down the third of the price which no one told me the first time. the dress was $649 which it said on the tag an i told her that i didnt have a third of the payment with me so she went to go ask the lady who owns the store an said that the dress $799 even though the tag said the other price an that the next time i come in i gotta put down the rest of what i was supposed to in the first place an my second payment also. So i went back an got my money back an told them i will never get another dress from this place ever again. It was the worst place i have EVER gone for a wedding dress! also i had found that same exact dress online for only $248! So i recommend that no one ever go there unless you want to be ripped off!!!

I went into Annabelle's in search of a prom dress. They have a big selection of dresses. But I was not greeted when I walked in or helped within the next half an hour. Not a good place to go if you want help with finding a dress.

AMAZING people to deal with!! Your always treated with respect and the ladies here are so very helpful! I recommend every bride come here! You will be happy you did.. especially aftr going to other places.

I want to start by just thanking Annabelle for such an amazing experience. My dress needed to be ordered and it was RUSHED! I got it and it needed to be altered. So they told me two weeks and guess what? That NEXT day I got a call to pick it up! I love my dress!! Really thanks to all the staff! I would definately recommend Annabelles Bridal to all!!!!

This shop is absolutely horrid. The owner is unbelievably rude and told me I was just being a perfectionist with my wedding gown. First I was told alterthe straps on my dress would take a week.. After two i called to check the progress and she told me not to call again and they would call me when it was done.. Needless to say.. My dress was not done until a month later. When I picked up my dress there were red stains all over it. Imade them clean it and she told me it should have been good enough for me and actually had the audacity to accuse me of the stains!! She told me she wishes she would have deal with me from the beginning. Also when I tried my dress on after the alterations, my straps were still falling off my shoulder! and a lot of the beading had fallen off the straps.. And the owner told me to use double sided tape. She said that no one would notice the beads. Are you kidding me! I can't make this stuff up people! I definitely took my dress to another place to get the alterations done properly.. And now it's perfect! Do not ever go to annabelles!!!! I promise you, you WILL regret it! She cunducts business horribly and will give you nightmares for years to come
