We had our old-time western photo taken here last June and they turned out terrific! The clerks were very helpful in picking out our outfits and also the finished photos and frames. Everyone loves our 'outlaw and saloon gal' photo!

We just did a family group pic and were not told that we were required to purchase 10 pics bc of our group size even though 5 in the group were children under 13! After we purchased and questioned the large quantity we were told why. Were taken advantage of by business. Extremely disappointed

The woman taking the pictures was EXTREMELY rude & racist!!! I had two exchange students with me visiting VC for the first time and were very excited to take these pictures along with 6 other friends. We waited for over an hour while she was all smiles with all the other customers before us and as soon as it was our turn, her attitude changed!! She told us to leave because I questioned her about the prices for a large group. She stated racist remarks and made us feel as we didn't have money to spend there!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There's another one just down the street with better human beings than this obviously unhappy and miserable human being!!

Thgis business is run by the most friendly, courtious, professional, fun people in V.C.!! I was looking for a place to take my wife and a visiting relative to get some photos taken. I phoned a few places in V. C. One was rude to me on the phone and another didn't even answer the phone. But , when I called Garters & Bloomers I was talked to in a pleasent and patient voice. The lady was informative and answered all my questions. the next day when we arrived 15 minutes before closing time we were greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful attitude. I am handicapped and have to use a walker. I was treated with kindness and respect. Even though it was closing time we were not rushed. The ywo children in the shop of the employee's were great. They were so sweet and also helpful. I highly recommend this shop. I will go back again and tell all my friends.
