A Safe House Property Inspection is an in-depth visual examination of the structure and major systems of the home. Your home inspection will take 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the home to insure that there are no post purchase surprises. My job as a home inspector is analogous to that of a general medical practitioner finding something wrong with their patient, and then recommending a specialist if one is needed. If the home has issues that need to be handled prior to the sale I will be able to let you know what needs to be done and by whom.

You will receive a comprehensive home inspection report that details the visible major or minor deficiencies of the home. Your report will detail any deficiencies and concerns as well as have clear pictures of the issues being described. Your report will also let you know what expenditures may need to be budgeted for in the future. You will also receive a copy of "Now that you've had a HOME inspection..." to prepare you for what you need to know as a homeowner.
