I'd only go here if I was totally desperate because in 15 years (unless you get Janice) they have proven time and again they are RUDE, give you attitude and act like it's an inconvenience to do their job no matter how friendly and polite I am to them. They have the audacity to have a "tip jar" on the counter as if people are supposed to reward them for A) Doing their job which they get paid to do B) Compensate them for their sour-puss rude attitude and unwillingness to offer decent customer service. I did however notice, they seem to take on a slightly altered demeanor when they're dealing with a customer who is strung with diamonds and/or appears to be very wealthy. I reduced my visits to once a year on an "totally desperate/time crunch basis only" because I was so fed up with their miserable behaviors. Today I had one of those desperate moments and sure enough without fail Lee Ann was 100% rude and full of attitude as usual! She's the worst. I'll NEVER visit Mail Depot again, ever.
