Michelle has litigation experience in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, General District Courts, and Circuit Courts for all of Hampton Roads. Additionally, she has appeared in the Virginia Appellate Court and the Virginia Supreme Court. Michelle Mordue Helms is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, and the Better Business Bureau with an "A" Rating.
