Provided by YP.comMoved to a new location with no forwarding sign on previous building. They absolutely NEVER answer the phone on the local number - rings forever with no answering machine or service, no matter what time of day you call. 800 number is automated scheduling with no option to speak with a human being. Referred by a physician. Will ask for another lab option from now on. Would give a "zero stars" if that was an option.
