SMS is amazing! My air conditioning broke in the midst of the heatwave we just had on Mother's Day. I contacted them and they replied very promptly. The owner, Jason took the time out of his day to personally come out very quickly and rescue us! He had my air conditioning up and running in no time! Great customer service and work! Here is the message I sent him. Hi Jason, thank you so very much for taking the time out of your day to come out and help me today. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. You absolutely saved the day for me! With our allergies and asthma I don't know how we would've made it in this sauna! I know it was an easy fix, but nonetheless your generosity is appreciated! I stopped by the shop to pay you, but your Mom had just left. I'll call her tomorrow and pop in to pay the bill, thanks again!!

SMS did an incredible job on our oil to gas conversion. on time, polite, and very competitive with pricing. I would recommend to anyone looking for any HVAC contractors.

We used SMS for our natural gas conversion and I will never be using them again, nor would I recommend them. It took a very long time for the conversion to be completed, I was left without heat on more than 1 occasion while my house temperature dropped into the 50's, and the new unit failed inspection twice before passing. I was also charged for 2 service calls that were placed 2 days in a row for the same issue (limit switch - first day reset, 2nd day replaced, and within an hour of the 2nd call I was left without heat again, because they were repairing the wrong issue). Needless to say they never actually fixed the problem, even though I was charged twice. The 3rd time I called them I was again told they could not be out until the following morning, even though I had already been without heat for days with 2 small children in my house.
