After an in store mix up in a family plan my phone was accidentally disabled as opposed to my fathers. I was slightly frustrated by this as I live out of state and had to go to an AT&T provider to re-activate my phone but the manager, Jon, went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with sending a written apology as well as phone complimentary accessories. Having worked in customer service before, this made a last impression with me to know this business takes care of their customers. I would recommend to all in the area! :)
