Have been shopping there for 18 years, yes, I was at the old store. Most employees don't change, they just age gracefully like me. Many years ago I was in the store looking for gym shoes to replace a pair that I was unhappy with.(the tops wore out before the soles) Jeff took one look at them and advised me that the shoes were defective. He took them off my feet and replaced them with a brand new pair free of charge. He also turned me on to Propet shoes which I have been wearing eversince. Great shoe prices at the BIG SHOE.Like I said most of the employees have been there for years so its like visisting old friends when you go in. Another great thing about Martins is if your over 30 they have clothes for you. Your pants will fit at the waist and not be hanging around mid thigh with your drawers showing. If it's not in stock they will bend over backwards to find it. Never had to return any clothing with the exception of a pair of pants that were the wrong size. My fault not theirs and it was not a problem. Five stars, keep up the good work.
