My boyfriend and I went to Lucky Motors in search of my Valentine's Day gift. Our salesman, Nick L., was awesome!! Nick took the time to build a rapport and to get to know abut us as hard working people.
In doing so, he made our choice in doing business with Luck Motors an easy one!

Just bought my 3rd car this year from LUCKYMOTORS and couldn't be happier. the Owner Chris is great and really honest. Last week I called him and told him what I needed. Within the hour he called - said he had the perfect car and I bought it sight unseen. Mercedes-Benz GL-Class was perfect and exactly what Chris described me. I was looking for a good used jeep for my brother when I first met chris. I have told many people to call Luckymotors if they need a car and I hope they have followed through. The service department is great - they have helped me. thank you Chris Team. you guys made everything easy for me.

Before I get that you bought a car over the internet?... I have purchased three prior to this from REPUTABLE dealers in the past. and had no issues. I want to share this so you will not make the same mistake.

OF Note, I am writing this after the owner of Lucky Motors, Chris Wright left a threatening phone message on my voice mail telling me that if I complained and posted ANYTHING, he would sue me. He also said that he had successfully sued in the past and won for much less. this was after I tried to resolve this with them by phone and email and they would not return my call or messages and told me when I called they had a customer walk in and would call back and never did. I sent a letter telling them that I would be reporting this to the Attorney Generals Consumer Affairs department that he threatened to sue me if I even contacted the BBB.

This may be why there are others afraid to speak up. If you tell the truth you have nothing to fear. Plus I have pictures and documents, and the threatening voice mail of him threatening me to support my claims.

Lucky Motors sold me a vehicle over the internet that vastly did not represent what was described by the Mike the salesman. I was told I was getting an extra nice rust free vehicle . Pictures of the engine was not the same as the car I received. Also was charged for hundreds of dollars of services on the car I did not want and was told would be removed from the contract and refunded and did not. When the owner received notification I was going to complain. he left threatening voice mail saying he would sue me if I posted anything negative and he had sued others for much less. Not willing to work out anything and sold a car that was misrepresented by sales person and in pictures.

Overall I was satisfied with the services rendered at Lucky Motors. Friendly environment. Compared to other dealers, Lucky motors takes care of customers efficiently and the deal is done in a relatively shorter time frame. Thank you guys for your service.

Purchased my winter car... 2007 Mb GL from Dan. The process was better than usual. Dan knew what he was talking about with the car. Usually when I buy I know more about the car than the "salesman". Overall happy with my purchase. Def some eye candy there if you like cars...

Bought my 2010 Bmw 335 from Lucky Motors. Love my car! It was great experience. Mike and Andy were very helpful. It was nice seeing the car inside and clean.

Not sure I spelled salesman's last name correctly, but absolutely extraordinary level of customer service. Worked through known issues with purchased car, assisted with install of outside purchased parts even assisted with transport of trade in. Truly positive experience.Definitely recommend.

There are no 'slick fast eddy' techniques here...just straight up honesty, integrity,and kind, professional care in doing business with these men. Called Lucky Motors on a 2013 MB SL63 Amg and Mike S answered. Mike was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. We made a deal trading in my 1992 ZR1 and I purchased the SL63. When I drove down there to exchange cars the SL was everything as described. Very fun place to be at if you are a car guy. I will continue to purchase from Mike and Lucky Motors. Thanks!!

I needed a car for my wife but I dragged my feet to even look at cars because of the whole sales process. Well, lucky motors in villa park made my experience looking for a car easy. I would like to thank "z", Ricky, Robert and Ryan for going above and beyond fighting with the banks to get me the best loan and finance rate.
