I just read the last review and this person is crazy. I called FRED appliance repair on my Electrolux dishwasher on 6-1-10. They set up appt for the next day 6-2-10. They had to order parts from the factory, which I received on 6-4-10 and they were back out on 6-5-10 to install the parts. I could not ask for better service. They had to get parts and that was the delay, but that is not in there control. The tech that came was very knowledgeable and even went as far as to explain how to maintain my unit. In my book they are a very knowledgeable company and are very prompt at getting the task completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will for sure call them for all my appliance needs.
