We are a Home Check and Concierge Service catering to Seasonal Residential Property Owners In the Vero Beach, Florida Area. We visit your home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to check your home for vandalism, hazards, downed trees and wires, ensure all doors and windows are secured, signs of insect/rodent activity, operation of interior/exterior lighting, mail/circular/newspaper collection. We also check to ensure that landscapers are completing their jobs as required. We check the interior of your home as well. Toilets/faucets and hot water heater are checked for leaks. Windows, doors and ceilings checked for signs of water damage and active leaks. Photographs and detailed reports are provided. In addition, we can open and close your home before and after each visit. If you require additional services such as dinner or theater reservations, or just stocking your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival, we can accommodate you.
