This place is called Physicians Stat Lab Veteran Owned. It used to be, or took the place of East Coast Clinical Services. This is listed now as LabCorp. I have been at the new location twice, and twice there has never been anybody at the desk, they are busy doing something else, waited and waited. Finally saw the tech and she managed to get my vein on the second try. But just when you think I am done with them, I find out that they never sent the results to my doctor from the second visit. To add aggravation to injury, after my insurance company paid for the tests, LabCorp double bills me for the full amount of the tests. So I complain to LabCorp about the bogus bill, and they tell me that I have to prove that my insurance company paid. To make this short...where do you go now to get bloodwork done in IRC? The staff at Quest on Route 60 are terrible, rude and incompetent...try Sebastian maybe?
