What a wanderful place to buy jewelry!!!
Sasha and her crew was very helpfull in an whole process to buy diamond ring for my wife over the phone.
I bought alot af stuff previous years from this place and always got quality jewelry ,for right price.Even when I move from Chicago to Albany NY still reach to Sasha for Christmas present to my wife.She spend good amount of time with me over the phone,but found exactly what I,m was looking for.

The best jewelry store ever! Every single time when I come to the store with any problem, owners and staff are extremely helpful. Prices are affordable, jewelry collection is exceptional!

Z Fine Jewelry gets a 10+ out of 10 for service, selection, and quality. I have done my research on both what is considered higher end and middle end jewelry stores and out of 9 different stores visited, which doesn’t include the multiple locations I visited for some of the chain of stores, Z Fine Jewelry tops them all. From the minute we walked in the door looking for my fiancés ring, Valentina greeted us with such warm open arms and advice. She was more than happy to show my fiancé as many rings as he wanted to see, he is picky so he looks at many, and he tried one on that Valentina suggested and it was just perfect. My fiancé would have never thought to try a ring on like this, and as soon as he did, it was the one. There was absolutely no pressure selling at this store. In fact even though we liked the ring so much, we still wanted to take a look at the other stores in Vernon Hills mall, so we walked out and Valentina said a pleasant good buy. We were quickly disappointed at the other stores selections, again, as we were when we visited most of the same ones at Spring Hill mall and Woodfield mall. We went back to Z Fine Jewelry and they gave us a great deal and my fiancé walked out with a big smile on his face. The selection of men’s rings at this store far surpassed what the others had. We loved working with Valentina so much that we decided to get my wedding band there as well. My engagement ring was custom made at another store so it was not easy finding a band that would work. We went through a week of phone calls with Valentina and the stores designer, and no matter how many questions we asked and what ideas we had they talked them all out with us. Not once did they seem annoyed. I was thinking of getting a certain kind of band and after a week of discussions they advised me it may not be what I was hoping for once I saw my ring with a similar band, they were spot on. They showed me a wonderful selection of bands no other stores had, and their quality surpassed the competition. If I wanted something they didn’t have in stock they were ready to quickly get me what I wanted because my wedding deadline was just a few weeks. I went back in to select a band and was meet again by Valentina and this time Alexandra too, and the two were just amazing. They gave great advice and showed me a band option again I would have never thought of and it was more than perfect. They again gave us a great deal on a beautiful ring with high quality diamonds. I left the store with hugs good bye and huge smile on my face. I will always go back to them for all my jewelry selections in the future. This family owed business is a real unique and rare gem. They have helped to make my wedding experience unforgettable.
