Wow! What luck I had in finding this agency and Lisa, the agent inside. I was at the Ventura DMV. I had pulled a number and went outside to wait. I was in desperate need of insurance as well as dmv registration, as my registration was suspended. I saw her sign and decided to walk next door and ask.... She was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She even had a contact at the DMV to clear my suspension on the spot. She had candy on her desk to share and a puppy on the sofa. I had insurance and tags in less then 25 minutes. (Not cut rate insurance either). I am going back there next week to move my house insurance with their office. I will recommend her to everyone I meet. (I even took about 50 of her cards)... Thanks!!! Jennifer in Ventura
