I have been renting cars from Hertz and competitors for about 20 years. When I made reservations with Erin (Hertz), I told him I didn't want a tiny car. He then reserved a "good" economy car (comparable to Enterprise's size & price) for me to pick up the following day at 7:30 am. To be sure they had a good car, I found (that night) 2 Hertz autos, at that site, for similar prices. When I saw Erin at 7:50 AM, he told me the only auto available in a similar price range was the Chevy Spark. Besides disappointing me by not having the car he promised, he also arrived 20 minutes late, making it almost impossible for me to get a rental car from anyone else. My wife was able to call Enterprise (Johnson Drive) and got us a better car for the same price! Unless I have a lot of time AND no other competitors have any cars for me, I will never rent from this location again.
