Terrible workmanship that also resulted in further damage to my vehicle. I paid the owner, Ken, to repair a small dent in the door of my new vehicle that was done by a plastic garbage can. In the process of attempting the repair and inserting a metal rod between the window and the door, Ken scratched the window over 13 times, which resulted in damage so severe that one can feel it with a fingernail and clearly view it from a distance. In addition, the dent is still visible. Ken offered no apology, compensation, or anything other than the suggestion to take the car back to the dealership and suggest that it was that way upon the purchase. Ken then walked away saying "good luck." Be careful here.
