Paul Santos and the gentleman with him did a great job, were efficient, looked professional and left a totally clean work area when completed. Paul explained the system and how it works as well as changing the filters. The filter they installed is giving us clean, healthy water and we couldn't be happier. Paul also explained what was most likely the cause of the damage being done to our bathroom faucets (new home, less than 1 year old, and they may need to be replaced before long) due to the well water. We may move forward with a whole house system in the near future to avoid damage to the dishwasher, washing machine and all our taps. They were both very personable and we felt totally comfortable with them in our home. Great experience all around.

We had a water softener where we lived in Oregon so we found a company we high ratings and called them. The guy on the phone was I think Bob and he set us up to have our water tested.
2 days later the man showed up who was Eric and he was very nice and said that he needed to test our water so he could make sure we ordered the correct equipment.
He did various tests and showed us in a book with a lot of pictures as to what he was explaining and actually it was enlightening and entertaining all at once.
The guy new what he was talking about and we felt very comfortable talking to him.
No pressure or sell sell attitude which made us feel better.
We bought a system and they installed it and I asked the installer if he could ask Eric to stop by when he had a chance and Eric called me the next day and stopped by our home and I asked him to test the water now that the system was installed. Eric said sure, and when he tested the water in not only the sink but also the shower, we could not believe the difference. WOW!

My wife and I are in our 50's and my wife said the water was drying out her hair, Well once the water softener was installed, we came the dogs a bath and then she took a long shower and when she got out, she walked up to me and said, Michael, feel my hair. I did and it was not dry and felt soft and nice. Hard to explain but what a difference.
My wife was happy and I am very glad we purchased this system because it makes such a big difference.
It looks so nice in our garage and takes up very little room.

We have had a water conditioning system now for about 4 years. We don't know how we did it before that. Having the system made a big difference in our water. No more smelly water, no more unwanted elements to harm our appliances and no more discoloration from iron. We also use a lot less soap and shampoo. The feeling of your skin after a shower is so much better.

We also have a reverse osmosis system. It was installed right at our kitchen sink and is so convenient. It also filters the water before it goes to the refrigerator. The facts of the water test speaks for it's self. We drink lots of water and will never be without it again.

The company is very Service oriented and Reliable. When we call for any reason, even for a new filter, they came.

We chose this system because of sulphur order. Our new system has totally removed the order. We are very happy with our system and service.
