Don't bother calling them. Although the techs are nice and seem to be knowledgeable, the person who answers the phone has no clue about good customer service. This person was rude on no less than three separate occasions and really couldn't seem to care one way or the other if I used their services or not.

Unfortunately I wish I had the...

Unfortunately I wish I had the chance to comment on the workmanship of this company but I did not even get the chance. I was scheduled for a technician to come out yesterday and was told they would be calling me when they were on their way, by 4:30 no call no show. I called this morning and this was the conversation between me and the secretary:



Me: “Yeah I called yesterday and you told me a technician would come fix my heater and they never showed up or called”

Secretary: “um yeah they got backed on their calls so they aren't going to make it”

Me: “so can I get someone to come out today?”

Secretary: “yeah we should be able to get someone out today”

Me: “well is there a way to know for sure because I have no heat and if you can’t come out I need to call somewhere else”

Secretary: “well its running on backup right?”

Me: “No my heater is out completely, I have small kids and have been using space heater since Saturday”

Secretary: “oh..ok well I will call and let you know if we can get there today”



I wish this was the only reason I was writing this review but sadly it is not. What is worse is what happened next. I posted on my Facebook this conversation exactly with the status of “this is how my day started”. I received a call from the secretary about 30 minutes later telling me that someone had called her to tell her I was “bad mouthing” them on Facebook and she told the owner and he says if that is the way I want to be I can take my business elsewhere.



Just some thoughts: 1- If you had the courtesy of calling to tell me no one was coming there would be no issue to “bad mouth” 2- I was still going to give you my business because I assumed the sloppy customer service was only due to the secretary but now not so much. 3- Now I have made it clear my feelings on Facebook as well as other reviews so I hope you can afford the loss in business.
