I have purchased several pairs of shoes at this location. The service has always been excellent. They have spent untold time with me making sure the fit is good and I like the style. I also had to exchange a pair I didn't like recently (I tried a different brand from boredom with the Keens). They were very attentive and refunded my money promptly. They carry quite a few quality name brand shoes that you can trust, Dansko, Keen, etc. Keens are wonderful shoes and I am on my 4th pair. I'm still using pair number 3 for yard work and they are about 3 years old. Worn constantly for everyday wear. My husband also wears them and we just today received his 3rd pair. He wears them to work almost daily and walks quite a few miles at work each day. His last pair lasted about 18 - 20 months and he loves them too! We'll be back.

i went in with my 14 month old Keens coming apart at the sewn seems. I had receipt with me and was very nice about seeing if they could get them fixed. Instead of "I'm sorry that happened, I'll take care of it", the manager immediately told me the shoes were not meant to last. The high prices are for comfort not quality!. She gave me the run around and launched into excuses about how I had bought them 'on sale' anyway and had obviously 'worn them". She said they would send them out but I would have to pay the approx. $5.00 to get them fixed. WHAT? She lost my families business right then and there for $5.00 and the thrill of giving a customer poor service and the run around? Go to customer service 'can do' school', lady manager. UNBELIEVABLE! You would have made that $5.00 back on my next pair of shoes! HORRIBLE HORIBLE SERVICE Once they get your money, the manager is through with you!

My doctor told me this was the place to help me get my feet feeling better. Less than a week later I'm almost pain free. I'm amazed. I was very pleased to get measured and fit old school like back when i was a kid. Nice to have a place where you can still find real people who actually know what they're doing in this .com world. I'll buy many things online but shoes aren't one of them. I'll definitly go back.

This place is amazing! Not the place to go for dressy stuff, but DEFINITELY for quality. All the best brands and ROWS of Smartwool socks! (Love those) Best thing about this place is the services. No car-salesman types here - they actually know about feet and appear to LIKE what they are doing!

The staff at WTSF is completely unprofessional. If they want to play doctor they should at least stay at Holiday Inn. The staff tried to convince me my doctor was wrong and the inserts they gave me made my foot pain much worse.I will NEVER set foot in their stores again.

Excellent service from people who know what they're doing! Cadence is phenomenal, and in watching the others I'm sure they are all high caliber. They only carry the best for your feet, and know how to fit you right. You've heard the old addage, sometimes you get what you pay for. You won't find a 15 dollar pair of shoes here, but you will find proven quality.

No matter the foot problem, if you want an excellent pair of shoes that you can wear all day and you want ACTUAL SERVICE this is the shop for you. They measure your feet and take all the time you need to fit you perfect. They know all about inserts and foot problems too. They are one of the few places that carries wides, too. Super nice employees and an overall EXCELLent shopping experience.
