We could and did trust Todd Pascoe with my freedom. We were not disappointed. The prosecutor was looking for a sentence range between 25 - 50 years, Todd Pascoe negotiated a range of 365 - 366 days.

An attorney and family man of great integrity, honesty, straightforwardness, and trustworthiness -- in a profession where such traits are extremely rare. Without a doubt, your "best bang for your buck". Unlike many/most attorneys, he will actually strive to save you money and not tack on many extra costs, fees, and drag out your likely terrible nightmare more than necessary for an "extra buck". He will tell you "like it is", whether good or bad. And besides, he reports to a much "Higher Attorney" if you know what I mean :)



You might be told you'll get 'better results' going with a much more expensive attorney, but even if so, be prepared to 'lose it all'. The absolute WORST results I've had are, without doubt, from the most expensive attorneys I were refered to and hired on. Don't be terribly foolish as I was and listen and follow through on such well intended but bad advice.
