D. Susan Tucker was my attrny. I could have represented myself better at my hearing, she did not dispute anything that was said, on top of this she was 30+ min late. In the appeal after my hearing she did not even submit any evidence disputing the judges decision. Now I have to file another appeal and I get a letter from their office 6 days after the 60 day mark to file saying they can no longer help me because I now need a Federal Court Review. Now I have to file an extension on my own and look for a new attrny. Worst service ever! I have heard great things about the Disability Group, Inc, check them out. This office did nothing to help me in my claims process and never returned my calls. DONT USE THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO BE "APPROVED" FOR SOCIAL SECURITY!!! YOU WOULD HAVE BETTER LUCK ON YOUR OWN! I am sure the only cases this office wins are the ones that would have been approved anyway and they get paid for doing nothing.
