A couple of years ago they came out to do our fence. It started off great. The displays they had looked like the fences were made well. When we called for the quote we were very specific about our neighbors and the aggressive dogs they have. We wanted a fence that would be strong enough since they broke through our old fence. The woman was very professional. We were impressed. When it came time to install the posts were not leveled. We called to have the main guy (I think his name was Robert) come out who seemed irritated about the call. They put caps on the posts that were short. We thought it would be fine since there was supposed to be a board going along the top. When finished the neighbors with the aggressive dogs had the board on top. At that time we were happy that a "safe" fence was up so we left it alone. Now that time has passed I can say the fence looks like a good neighbor fence (with large gaps) with only one side of the boards up. The dogs have busted through the fence a couple times were nails are. I can only assume it was because the board along the top would prevent the boards from coming loose from that side. Several boards are splitting and the bottoms are rotting. The only good out of it is the color stayed looking decent. With the money we spent we thought we were getting the one on display but it turns out we did not. I have driven by the place and looked at the display fences again which again I can say it is not the fence that was put up. I am not happy with the fence we have up. Buyers beware and speak up when you are not getting what was displayed sooner than later. We are now stuck with this fence. I wish I could post pictures.
