I love this place. The management is grat, Jessica in the Main office is a wonderful woman. The neighbors are friendly and everyone helps eachother.
My fiance and I liver here with our 2 kids. We've been here almost 3 years now.

It would be a lot easier to take these poor review seriously if they were not riddled with spelling errors. I've lived here for 5 years and yes, it is apartment living and there are things that are just unavoidable. However, if you think about it, the only way to actually make improvements is to renovate, and in turn ask more for the rent. It sucks, but really....the more they are asking for rent weeds out the riff raff. Higher rents typically bring in a better clientele. Things are pretty straight forward. Read your lease agreement, be a good tenant, and in all acutallity, the last 3 years has been the best. I see the last two reviews were from 2011, so I'm sure that says something. This place is unlike most apartment complexes, and I really enjoy living here.

I looked at the apartments to possibly rent and the model apartment looked great [of course] but I'm glad I looked up these reviews. I would tell your sister to go to the post office and send a certified letter to maintenance, then maintenance will sign for proof they got the info of what needed fixed. If they don't respond in 48 hours she can go down to the courthouse and set up an escrow account. She can put her rent in that instead of paying them until they take care of all that ridiculous stuff going on with her apartment without getting in any legal trouble. The apartments can't evict her for that either and then maybe that'll get their butts on actually taking care of something.

Do not move here. THIS IS THE GHETTO. When Riverstone Residential West LLC took over, things are not the same. ive been visiting my sister here since 2007 and she is not renewing the lease. with property mgmt the rent is 10% higher in order to pay the mgmt company. the rent is not cheap. once they spray paint the walls beige spray paint the doors white, the rent went up. the white door spray paint peels of. according to a new tenant, the lease now state if you renew, your rent will rase $150.00month. they have a new rule they tell you when you can leave. they say the computer picks the date-illegal. a lot of section 8 and drugs here. alley behind lease office hot spot for drugs. IT IS NOT QUIET HERE. kids play in parking lots when office is close with bikes, basketballs, bats, fooball and do not care not monitor by paretns. i was told that some children climb on roof and play ball on roof. there a park across the st. the parents are too lazy to go. tenannts renting #61-64 & 85-92 are harass they must move 1 car to the unsafe street riverstone wants to make money on the old beat up garages. everywhere else get 2 parking spots in front of window. this is the ghetto my sisters roof leaks everytime it rain. the plumbing bad. kitchen sink and bathroom tub/sink/toilet always smell like methane. she is very clean plce and spry bleach becaus of smell. this week i stopped by to see property manger #6 CLUELESS KELLY. angela was the previous that always threatened with her mean memos. for little things she place a violate on chart. the only good thing is the maintenance keevin. i'm sure riverstone will replace him soon like the mangers. parkview is in between two other worst ghetto omplexes. drive by see for yourself different times. the other complex have garbage on the lawn. they dont care and park in parkview parking spots, they are noisey, and dirty and dont work they always have ppl on the lawn noise. hang out sometime all night. they watch when you leave and come back. they use parkview garbage cans. they fmailies are sleeping 10ppl in 2 bedrooms. when ppl visit next door to my sister they park n her spots. good managemnt should be in control and riverstone - stop sending stupid women.i have no motive but honesty.
