I bought what I thought, was a very nice pair of shoes from Journeys in the Vancouver Mall. They tore apart at the seems within 3 hours. Wich was fine, it happens. I went back and exchanged them for an identical pair. Now when the second pair tore I definetely wanted to return them. When I went back, I found out that there return polocy is, in store credit. It is not posted anywhere in the store, and nowhere on the receipt. I was treated terribly by the store manager whom finally agreed to return my money. And basically threw a tantrum. He almost threw my credit card back in my face, and said he was happy I'd never return. I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody, unless you like being treated like trash.. POOR SERVICE!!!!!
