I was working with my sons snowboarding team and contacted Elite to come up with a unique fundraiser. When I spoke to the sales about discount cards I asked for a something different than what they offer. He said they do things like that all the time and it should not be an issue. I informed him that I was concerned that many of the discounts we wanted to offer would not be available. It was at this point that he informed me that I would be issued a full refund if I were not 100% satisfied. We wanted a discount card that offered discounts on skiing and snowboarding (lift tickets, tuning, gear, etc.). I emailed them a list of vendors and ski areas to contact. They were unable to obtain discounts from the list provided. At this point I told them it was not going to work out. They kept trying to get me to go with another card. The football team here in Los Alamos offers a card from Elite. Elite wanted me to basically offer the same card; we did not want to be in competition with them. This is why I told the sales rep that we wanted a totally unique card.



I was told when I spoke to their sales rep, that if I was not 100% satisfied with what they came up with I would be issued a full refund. This contradicts what I am being told now. Now they tell me I will only receive 50%. The woman I spoke to in their refunds department said she would try to increase that amount.



I realize what their policy states and was told something completely different when I expressed concern. I have not received anything from Elite Fundraising and would like a complete refund.



Shady at best!

Harassing and Unprofessional. They keep calling us, they even admitted to calling over 30 times! Do not even contact them they just want your money!!!! When I told the young lady on the phone that I did not want to do business with them they claimed I had signed a contract. The forms are pre filled so if you reply to them at all make sure you don't use the reply button but instead copy and paste the email into a new email. They don't care about good business, just a bunch of scam artists!!! DON'T, I repeat, DON'T waste your time!

This organization is all about making money - for themselves. We had an agreement that they would design our high school football discount card, get the discounts on it, and sell it to us at $1 for each card. They failed to get the businesses that we wanted on the card and tried to ply off a list they slapped together. I ended up having to contact a lot of the local businesses that we wanted on the card myself while they kept pressuring me to go with what they had or saying that I needed to contact local people since they couldn't reach them. They even told me that they couldn't get a chain restaurant on the card that we had on it the last 5 years because they couldn't get in contact with anyone at the corporate office. I called the same office myself and spoke with the VP and secured the business for our card. The sales person just didn't want to do the work for it. I finally got fed up and told them that they violated the contract and that we were no longer going to use them for our discount card fundraiser. Now they are threatening legal action and demanding a 50% cancellation payment if we don't do our fundraiser with them. The people that I have dealt with are insincere and ignorant. You rarely talk with the same person twice, it's like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I would have given them a 0 star rating but one is the lowest you can go. Don't use this company unless your willing to get swindled.
