i was there couple week ago trying to sell 15 oz canadian maple leafs , but only sold 5 of them , the first guys came up to me ,
he is real sweet person , great personality , and great attitude , and real respect guy, great customer services 5 stars , Then the second guy came up to me , is the owner his name is KEN , he sent me an email for apologized

so you got new scales, why is that, the other one dont weigh right, and you knew it, test your gold on the spot, dont call back and change the purity and price , you guys really fall in the line of ripoffs, and after viewing your records i would of never even stopped in and did business with you guys, then to tell me in your office how did you get all those foreign coins you stated, i just gave him a lump sum price for the silver and gold, only, and told the guy this is the price for everything, wow, so you got the two by four box full of rare coins and paper money for free....that is a no no... let the public know this, ken and aaron are not practicing, good business ethics.

I have been buying coins from Ken for several years and he knows coins better than anyone I know. He is very up front. Aaron and Cristy are also very knowledgeable and helpful and respond to any problems that may arise. I got a great deal on some nickels, lincoln cents, and gold coins, all of which I sold at a profit. Tell them you want a great deal on bullion and they can do it!

I called to make sure I could sell my silver at spot price and received a yes, we pay the most. After driving 2.5 hours to get there they decided to buy my silver for spot price (mint condition) but then told me about the $105 fee for them to accept it. I did not sell it to them and now prefer to take it to a smaller company who is upfront!

If you feel a need to be treated rudely,led on,hustled,lied to,and talked to like you are an idiot...just stay home and deal with the teenagers. This place is a rip-off, ran by a bloated little toad of a shakedown artist.
