What a great group of people

I ordered custom doors from them the end of Sept., it is now the first of Feb., & I still do not have the right doors! The first doors were the wrong size (too wide, too short & too narrow, with the wrong hinges!). I returned these doors & reorded just the doors with the same measurement I originally gave him. I asked for a refund on the frame & hinges & now he is claiming I not only do not get a refund but owe more money!! DO NOT deal with this man!

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it has been to work with Arty and Jerry on my building projects. Most recently involving the restoration of a 1910 farm house, they have been able to recommend and custom build special sized and period correct doors. They provide excellent quality, meet their commitment dates, and price their products fairly. A great professional door shop to do business with.
