Be cautious when buying used parts from here that requires expensive labor. I purchased a used replacement engine for a 2003 chevy truck. Upon installation the engine made a tapping sound all the time. Upon inspection we discovered the engine was full of sludge and a lifter had broken. Sure Bobby's offered me another engine as a solution however my problem is saving another $600 to cover the labor of having it installed again. To be fair, I've purchased quite a few engines from here and this is the first time I received a bad one (stuff happens). I am just disappointed how this problem was addressed considering that another local shop sold us a bad transmission. Upon discovery we left the car with them and they installed the replacement to avoid us paying labor twice for a bad part that escaped their inspection before being sold.

I have got many different parts from there and they've all turned out to be good parts

What I expected, didn't care much to help on the phone and sounded very disappointed to answer my call.

Prob the cleanest used auto store I've ever been in. I love that they deliver and that they have a huge yard of parts and inventory. I would gladly refer them to every person I know.
