A package was left on my porch when I was not home & I did not order. It has been a nightmare trying to straighten this out. The merchandise was from Gourmet Cooking. It had no name of a company on it, only this address in Van Nuys Calif. and where the name of the company was supposed to be, it only had DS12. I googled this and a page came up saying MAJOR SCAM. I called the number on the invoice & they were going to send me a return label. I decided to google Gourmet Cooking which is what they told me the company was and it had the scam warning. I called them back, got the label & it said Moulton Logistics MGMT as the return address. I don't know how they are involved, but beware. By the way, the DS12 page showing the scam with all of these company names was taken down. By now, the one on Gourmet Cooking probably was also sent they know I am aware of these scams

I have had troubles with this company recently as well. Twice in the last month, my items were not delivered through this company efficently or at the stated time. Both times orders were lost, and tracking numbers not assigned. Both times it has taken almost two weeks from delivery from arrival to me. I live only 60 miles away. In the past, my company formerly used UPS, I would get my orders in 48 hours to my doorstep. Also, have gotten the useless calls from India from a hard to understand "customer servie agent". What a waste of time. REALLY BAD!

As with many US companies, Moulton Logistics uses India to handle its call center and speaking to a representative in the US with any problems is next to impossible. This does not make for the best customer service because the so-called supervisors in India have very little authority to do anything.
