Worst Nightmare! Overcharged, didnt do ANYTHING to fix my scooter. Didnt give me an itemized receipt and when i asked for one Shram the owner told me "you never paid me" which was a lie...he knew i wanted a refund because he said he ordered parts with the money i gave him and was waiting for them to come....and weeks went by and he never bothered to call me and i asked for my money back for the parts i paid him for....he is a crook...he is a dirty dealer. He told me he replaced my fuel filter but he did not. He told me he fixed my kickstand but he did not.

I dont understand how he stays in business ...he rips people off and lies to them and doesnt handle business correctly. STAY AWAY!
