August 10, 2011 Sue (there for 18 yrs) friendly & informative on phone. Arrived after ofc closed. They led way, assisted guiding, hooking up, & putting awning down!

Our wkly rate $200.07 with Good Sam/Senior Discounts. Incl hookups , Cable TV, on-site Wi-Fi.



Older family-owned park in Van Nuys - San Fernando Valley. Progressing with the times, yet good ol fashioned service. Shade trees, fruit trees, & landscaping! Our a.c. broke = shade important. Make you feel part of community whether overnight or longer. Planning more community events.



They don’t advertise services/access for disabled on website or in park but so helpful, they certainly should. Appears accessible. People using canes, walkers, & power chairs. Ramp at club house. They call on persons who’re ill or disabled, and assist in # of ways incl emotional support. During heat wave they checked on us offering fans, bottled water & ride. They’re discussing doorbell at property entrance to alert staff when registration assistance needed.



Wi-Fi on site. Sometimes slow or poor reception inside coach, improved by stepping out door or changing rooms. Great for checking email etc. Our Motor Coach Office equipped with Desktop, Printer, etc., so not an option & need higher speed. They’ve been working re Wi-Fi while we have been here.



2 Laundry/Restroom/Shower facilities centrally located. CLEAN. Vending machine, Wi-Fi, folding table, lg double sink, & clothes rack. Clothesline outside. Restroom/shower (Keys given at check-in)maintained & supplies replenished throughout day. Plenty of hot water & great water pressure!



Club House with restrooms, vending, kitchenette, lounge area, pool table, TV, DVD/CD/VHS players, piano, keyboard etc. Family friendly library: books, video tapes, DVDs, &CDs



Enjoy sitting with Wi-Fi on patio & grass under shade tree. Most sites have picnic tables. People walk dogs & stop to say hi. One kitty comes up to let my husband pet her.



No pool – went to BEACH. Relaxed community atmosphere not a resort. CLOSE to everything. Bus stop 2 blks away connects to subway, train - you can go anywhere & so MANY places to go/things to do! Universal Studios is 12 mi, close to ALL Hollywood/Los Angeles attractions. Office has brochures.



Quiet most of time. We had no problem with noisy campers etc. Busy with helicopters but not at bedtime.



Shuttle Service planned in future. Gave us a ride to Bus Station & back to site when returning from market (2 blks). They have given rides to restaurants, Van Nuys Airport & to site as people return walking onto property.



My husband & I on road assessing RVers’ business services needs for Deb’s Professional Services. A tight budget & newbies, not a good combination. Someone up there sure was taking care of us when He guided us to Birmingham RV Trailer Village!
