Don't bother calling. There's no guarantee they'll show anyway....



On the afternoon of our scheduled appointment, which we waited three weeks for, we called them just to find out they weren't going to make it. After inquiring about the delay, Jim told me they had an "emergency repair" and it would be an additional two weeks before they would be out because that was the next available appointment.



What?? Whoa..wait a minute... I had a scheduled appointment! Nothing like being sent to the end of the line because they have a scheduling problem!

I recently bought a house in Des Moines and needed a chimney sweep. I contacted ABC, spoke to the owner and went with the service. The owner clearly has been doing chimney cleaning in the areas for years and the rates are more than fair.

We had Jim Roberts and his son, Tim, tuckpoint our 1920's brick home and garage in April 2009 and they did a really job matching the mortor and replace some of the old bricks that had broken now over many years of wear and tear. They are great guys to work with and would recommend their services.
