Provided by YP.comI needed help in a hurry. I had a rush job to complete and my equipment was down. I called PBS and they sent over a friendly tech pronto. He fixed the problem immediately and my bill was less than I had imagined. Friendly, fast, economical, and capable. The repair tech did not spend a lot of time on the phones. He knew what to do. He jumped right in and had me going in very little time. I would not hesitate to purchase a machine from PBS or to call them for help. They had my Ricoh running like new after they left.
