I brought my 9 year old small dog here when she was truly sick. She was passing straight blood and after calling multiple vets in the area, they said to bring her in despite not having enough to pay the full visit at once. They appreciated that she matters, and that meant a lot. She got a full round of medicine, and she is recovering and I am so thankful.

I boarded my older little dog at this clinic because I thought a vet would take better care. She was there 12 days, and when I picked her up, she was almost dead. She had a dog bite in the face. She developed ulcers in both eyes, had a raw nose and was totally traumatized. I learned that she also had not been given her proper food and medication. Natalie at the front desk admitted that there had been a dog bite over food. She did not give me any further details. I paid almost $300 for this vet climic to almost kill my little Peggy Sue. She now will probably lose at least one eye. This place should not be in business. I am devastated because I trusted them, and she trusted me. My poor baby is suffering, and her life has now been shortened.

I'm very upset with hubbs.... I took my 3-lb baby chihuahua in and they told me she was worm free and had a stomach virus. They gave me meds and 2 days later she died. They didn't do their job right because she ended up dying of hook worms. I'll never go back there again.

I do not know anything about the expertise because if it is there, it is not practiced.

Staff are rude, irresponsible and apathetic. Keeping poor records and endangering pets' health on multiple accounts. Knowingly giving food and medicine to a dog to which she's allergic. She got sick and developed an infection and they did not attend to it, then acted oblivious.

Other accounts: losing an animal, letting an animal out to get ran over and die, tying cages shut, leaving an animal outside in a cage during the Arkansas summer without water. Mutilple others about animals and apathy.

My family has been taking our pets to Hubbs Clinic for years. Recently our Besenji hurt his leg, we walked in without an appointment. Within 5 mins our dog began his examination with Dr. Ford. We were very pleased with the visit - Dr. Ford spent 20+ mins examining our dog and he gave us multiple treatment options. His bedaide manner was awesome! We are more than satisfied.

Love Hubbs, take all of my animals there (3 cats, 1 golden retriever) and will never switch. Cheapest vet in the area, and great bedside manner. My cat lost his eye and every vet tech and Dr. English were extremely caring.

I have been taking my large and small animals here for over 25 years. The new clinic is great ! I like how they tell you what is wrong and how to treat them. I would not go anywhere else!

Not really happy with the beds...

Not really happy with the bedside manners of this vetrinary clinic. Seems to me they treat the animals like cattle.
