It all started in 1983 when the first Cecil Whittakerâ??s opened in South County. A small restaurant with a small menu offering dine-in, carry-out and delivery. We saw the demand for a new choice in â??St. Louis Styleâ?? pizza and quickly opened stores in North County, St. Charles, West County and St. Louis city. We originally served only pizza and salad, but customers wanted more, so we added pastas, sandwiches and appetizers to the menu. During the 1990â??s, we grew as a chain and increased our number of units. Today, we have 25 locations to serve you in the greater St Louis area. Chain wide we have 15 different franchise owners representing 22 locations with 3 corporate owned units.
