They are consistently very responsive and eager to help regardless of the issue. Excellent communications with timely updates and follow through. Very professional and service oriented.

I have been in Real Estate for over 30 years and have never encountered a more difficult and unprofessional company to work with. I rented a home in Vallejo, the property is poorly maintained and most appliances and major systems are in non-functioning condition or need major repair. No one at this company wants to take responsibility for maintenance. As a landlord myself I would avoid this company and if you are looking for a place to rent look elsewhere.

I have dealt with KPM for years and they have always been great. They are caring and are always there when we need them. I've had times where my clients were turned away for various reasons and KPM has always been able to help my tenant & owner referrals. I've dealt with a lot of property management companies in my time and they are head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you for everything KPM!

KPM is the best in town. They have integrity in the field of property management. The staff are totally responsive, and listen well. Service has been nothing but excellent. I needed a new apartment fast and Derrick got me in one which matched my needs. Since then, another management company has taken over and they are not nearly as good. Krystle Property Management was excellent in every way and accountable for everything.

I was going through some personal difficulties and had to find a new place to live. Krystle Property Management made everything so much easier. With their help, I recently moved in to a great new apartment and I'm so relieved! Thanks so much!!

In the past three years, KPM has provided us professional services taking care of our rental properties. I'm very happy with their services and they are keeping both my tenants and me happy. I am kept informed of any major issues and needed maintenance work. One of our goals is happy tenants and KPM has definitely helped us make that happen. I haven't heard anything negative from my tenants about the management or maintenance crews. We will continue using KPM as our property management company because of their expertise and professionalism.
